Post Event Clean Up Services
Having a celebration, gathering, or event and you don’t want to clean up after your guests? We have you covered! Whether you are in your backyard, renting a function hall, or at the wedding venue of your dreams, we have the team and the skills to clean up your event space and leave it looking better than how you found it! All of our packages include basic post event clean up, but if there is something you need that you don’t see-just ask!
All Packages Include:
-Gathering and bagging all trash from tables, floors, grounds and placed in designated area
-Sweeping of hardwood, tile, and laminate floors
-Gathering and bagging of purchased or rented linens including, but not limited to, table cloths, napkins, table runners, chair covers, arbor decor, etc.
-Wiping down tables and chairs
-Stacking chairs according to contract rules w/ rental company or venue
-Moving or stacking tables according to contract rules w/ rental company or venue
-Boxing or bagging up centerpieces and flowers- any boxes or desired bags need to be provided by the event host & a designated area for them to be placed needs to be established
-Glassware, plates, bowls, and silverware collected and stacked or organized in dish buckets & dish racks provided by caterer/venue (if disposable, will dispose of in trash and recycling receptacles)
-Spot mopping and spill clean up
Clean up areas include the function room or main event location for private and corporate events and ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception locations for weddings. Bathrooms and portable bathrooms are not included
Additional Services & Fees
-Same day post event clean up fee $40 (hours starting after 7 PM-we arrive at the close of your event time to clean up before the next day or event)
-Trash removal in bags and placed in an on-site dumpster $50
-Trash removal from property:
we require recycling so we will separate in bags that we provide
1-50 guests- $150
51-100 guests- $200
101-150 guests- $250
151-200 guests- $300
200-250 guests- $350
-Dishwashing can be discussed on a case to case basis depending on the size of the event, as well as the venue capabilities and catering agreement
-Bar clean up can be discussed on a case to case basis depending on size of the event and the bar set up (example: the bar clean up for providing your own alcohol and bartender for a backyard wedding would be stacking and piling leftover alcohol and mixers behind the bar, leftover bar supplies gathered on or behind the bar, wiping down surfaces and bar, cleaning up surrounding area debris, stacking coolers, etc)
-Mopping of hardwood, laminate and tile floors $50
We are fully insured and will provide all necessary cleaning supplies. If the venue or event host requires specific cleaning products, trash bags, recycling bags or tools, they will need to be provided for our use!
